100 Words: On Love
Kindness grows in any climate, any time of year. Kindness has the heart of a flower growing in the crack of a rock, glad to be alive wherever it is.
Suspicion and blame take root in acidic soil, and overtake a garden not tended to or weeded regularly. Fear grows in clumps, banding together for a show of strength.
Fear is a servant of Love. Walk through fear and you’ll find Love, the Source of All.
Love wears a coat of many colors. It’s in sunshine, rain and wind.
Love breathes you, moves you.
Yes. It’s what built your heart.

Lovely! I like this idea of 100 words. Feels like poetry. Reduces to the essential.
Hope all goes well with the move. A stressful time but leads to new adventures. Thinking of you.

Condensing what you want to say in a smaller no of words is more difficult I think than having gazillions of words to say it–its the core. You do it well.

I enjoyed the power and clarity of this Haiku blog. Woodrow Wilson is quoted as saying, “. . . if I have an hour to speak I’m ready now. If ten minutes, I’ll need a month to prepare.” Words matter, clarity is power.
Hugs,
Liz
